Solo3569 never had a problem gybing in all winds just finding the wind to match my weight 😂 . Now 77 and only watching.

once again, UA-cam downgrading the video quality to 480p because they need the bandwidth for adverts because theyre short of money

WTF is UA-cam playing at? The quality is rubbish - grainy and jittery sound. I watched these earlier and i'm very sure the quality was better than 480p and i dont beleive they were uploaded like this. UA-cam taking it upon themselves to downgrade the video. maybe time to find another host?

They remind me of a Safe and Easy FINN...I started sailing FINNs in 1977 in San Diego/LA, still have my 5th boat, the FINN is brutal is you get on its bad side...would love to try the Solo

Brilliant video with lots of examples of how to tack. I could do with some mast cams of 'larger helms' getting under the boom. Ive seen one video where he places his rear leg to the aft of the boat but on the same side before he moves across? This appears to give the helm more room to duck under and seems to hold the thwart with his hands.

Can't beat the look of a nice wooden Solo, I had a Fibreglass one .
